- 4 Tbsp Butter
- 2 Cloves Garlic
- 1 1/2 Cups Heavy Cream
- 1 Cup Parmesan Cheese
- 1/2 Tsp Salt
- 1/4 Tsp Black Pepper
- 12 Oz Fettuccine
- 5 Cups Boiling Water

- In a medium saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.
- Add garlic and sauté for 30-60 seconds until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream and stir. Bring to a gentle simmer (do not boil)
- Let simmer for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Reduce heat to low and stir in Parmesan Cheese.
- Stir Until smooth and creamy.
- Season with salt and black pepper.
- Keep warm.
- Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions.
- Add the cooked pasta to the sauce and toss well to coat.
- Serve immediately with extra Parmesan Cheese and Parsley to garnish.
