- 2 Tsp Curry Powder
- 1 Tsp Garam Masala
- 1 Tsp Paprika Powder
- 1/2 Tsp Tumeric
- 1 Can Tomato Sauce
- 1 Cup Heavy Cream
- 1 Tbsp Tomato Paste
- 1 Tsp Honey (or Fine Granulated Sugar)
- 1 Tsp Salt
- 1/4 Tsp Black Pepper
- 1 Tbsp Parsley (or Cilantro leaf)

- Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add onion and cook for 4–5 minutes until softened.
- Stir in garlic and ginger and cook for 1 minute.
- Add curry powder, garam masala, paprika, and turmeric. Cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add chicken pieces and cook for 5–6 minutes, stirring occasionally, until lightly browned.
- Stir in tomato sauce, tomato paste, sugar, salt, and pepper.
- Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Stir in the heavy cream and simmer for another 5 minutes until the sauce is rich and silky.
- Taste and adjust seasonings if needed.
- Garnish with parsley or cilantro and serve hot.
- Serve with basmati rice, naan, roasted vegetables, or cucumber raita.
