- 1 pkg Chocolate Instant Pudding
- 1 Cup Milk
- 1/2 Cup Sour Cream
- 1 - Angle Food Cake
- 1 Cup Heavy Cream
- 3 Tbsp Icing Sugar
- - - Shaved Chocolate

Directions
- Combine pudding mix and milk; cook until mixture boils.
- Cool slightly; stir in sour cream.
- Chill thoroughly.
- Split 9 or 10-inch cake in 2 or 3 layers.
- Spread chocolate mixture between layers.
- Cover top and sides of cake with whipped cream, sweetened with confectioners sugar.
- Garnish with shaved chocolate.
