- 1 1/2 Lb Sirloin Steak - Cubed
- 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 4 Cloves Garlic - Minced
- 1 Tsp Rosemary (or Thyme) - Chopped
- 1/4 Tsp Salt
- 1/4 Tsp Black Pepper

- Cut sirloin steak into 1 inch cubes.
- Pat the steak cubes completely dry with a paper towel.
- Season generously with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil and 1 tablespoon of butter in a large skillet over high heat until smoking.
- Add steak bites in a single layer.
- Cook undisturbed for 2 minutes to get a deep brown crust.
- Flip and cook for 2 more minutes.
- Turn heat to medium.
- Add remaining 2 tablespoons of butter, minced garlic, and herbs.
- Toss everything together for 1 minute, spooning the melted garlic butter over the steak.
- Serve immediately.
