- 2 Tsp A-1 steak sauce
- 1 Tsp Celery Seed
- 1 Tsp Tabasco sauce
- 2 Tbsp Soya Sauce
- 2/3 Cup Brown Sugar
- 1/2 Cup Lemon Juice
- 4 Tbsp Horseradish
- 1/2 Tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/2 Tsp Sage
- 1 Tsp Salt
- 1 Cup Beer
- 2 Small Onion

- Finely chop onion.
- Combine all ingredients in a saucepan.
- Bring mixture to boil. Simmer sauce over medium-low heat, uncovered, for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
